Shipping policy

To return your products for refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping cost are non-refundable. If you are shipping items over $50.00 dollars, you should consider using trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned items. 

 

Shipping Cost & Timing

Shipping cost is calculated on a “per order”, “per item”, “or per pound” basis and is based on the shipping option you select. We sometimes offer free shipping for specific shipping option in select categories, or free shipping sitewide.

Shipping Timing

You can see each product estimated arrival dare on the product during checkout process. During checkout, you can choose an estimated arrival date from the options provided.

Entering your shipping destination ZIP code or allowing Kali Luxe Lashes, LLC, to use your current location can result in greater accuracy for your estimated arrival date. Certain products may require additional days to process prior to shipping. This will be reflected in the estimated arrival date. If for some reason you done receive your product, please refer to the damaged items and missing packages policy and follow instructions. 

PO Boxes: Please note that based on size, weight or supplied restrictions, some products cannot be shipped to, or may be delayed when shipped to a PO Box address. If you stipulated a PO Box as the shipping address for our products, you may see a shipping alert in your cart, where alternate options will be provided.
